Privacy Policy

On this page
This Privacy Policy explains how BEPO SERVICES, LLC ("BEPO," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and protects your information across our family of products — SettleWell, Family Vault, Daily Mission, and Bastrop Laundry Pro (each, a "Product") — and on this website, beposervices.com.
Each Product may have its own additional privacy notice describing details specific to that service. Where a Product's notice differs, the Product-specific notice controls for that Product. This umbrella policy sets the baseline commitments that apply to all of them.
1. Who we are
BEPO SERVICES, LLC is a United States limited liability company and the operator of the Products listed above. You can reach us any time at info@beposervices.com.
2. Information we collect
The specific information we collect depends on which Product you use and how you use it. It may include:
- Information you provide: your name, email address, mobile phone number, and the account or service details you enter into a Product (for example, order details, documents, records, or notes you choose to store).
- Contact-form information: if you contact us through this website, the name, email, and message you submit.
- Usage & device information: basic technical data such as device type, browser, and interactions needed to operate and secure the service.
- Communications: messages you exchange with us, including support requests.
We collect only what we need to provide and improve the Products.
3. How we use information
We use your information to:
- Provide, operate, and maintain the Products and your account;
- Send transactional and account-related notifications you have requested (including text messages — see below);
- Respond to your inquiries and provide support;
- Protect the security and integrity of our services and prevent fraud or abuse;
- Comply with legal obligations.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for third-party advertising.
4. Text messaging (SMS)
Some Products send transactional text messages (for example, service and account updates) from BEPO's shared, carrier-registered toll-free number +1 (877) 619-7467 via our messaging provider, Brevo. You receive these only after providing your number and consenting within a Product, and you can opt out any time by replying STOP.
We do not sell, rent, or share your mobile phone number or SMS opt-in information with third parties for their own marketing. Full details are in our Messaging & SMS Terms.
5. How we share information
We share information only in these limited circumstances:
- With service providers who process data on our behalf under contract (see below);
- To comply with the law, respond to lawful requests, or protect the rights, safety, and security of our users and our services;
- In a business transfer, such as a merger or acquisition, subject to this policy;
- With your direction or consent — for example, information you choose to share with people you invite into a Product.
We never sell your personal information.
6. Service providers
We rely on a small number of trusted providers to run the Products, including:
- Supabase — application database, authentication, and secure document storage;
- Netlify — website and application hosting, and contact-form delivery;
- Brevo (Sendinblue) — transactional email and SMS delivery;
- GoDaddy — domain and business email services.
These providers may process your information only to provide services to us and are bound to protect it.
7. How we protect information
We hold security to a commercial-grade standard: encrypted connections, authenticated access, per-account data isolation, and least-privilege practices for the people and systems that handle data. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, but we work continuously to protect your information and to earn the trust you place in us.
8. Data retention
We keep your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Products, and thereafter only as required to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. You can ask us to delete your information as described below.
9. Your rights & choices
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or export your personal information, and to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise these rights, email info@beposervices.com and we will respond as required by applicable law. You can also:
- Update your account information within each Product;
- Opt out of text messages by replying STOP;
- Contact us to close your account and request deletion of your data.
10. Children's privacy
Our Products are intended for use by adults and by families under the direction of a responsible adult. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under 13 without appropriate consent. If you believe a child has provided us information improperly, contact us and we will address it.
11. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be posted here with a new "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Products after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
